一种古代的婚俗。双方家长为尚在腹中的儿女预订婚约。《镜花缘・第五十六回》：“彼时九王爷因娘娘又怀身孕，曾与骆老爷指腹为婚，倘生郡主，情愿与骆公子再续前姻。”《红楼梦・第六十四回》：“因与尤老娘前夫相好，所以将张华与尤二姐指腹为婚。”或作“指腹成亲”、“指腹为亲”。
